Terms & Conditions


  • Payments will be returned / discounted at a future booking if a class has to be cancelled due to minimum numbers not being achieved.
  • Raven Drama or any of their voluntary assistants are not responsible for any loss or injury during the class.
  • Raven Drama reserve the right to remove from our programme, without refund, anyone who is found to be bullying, misbehaving or displaying disruptive behaviour. There will always be warnings issued in this instance and further communication with the parent / carer to help ensure that all participants are happily engaged and conforming to the group ground-rules and code of conduct established at the start of each new term.
  • You must declare all medical conditions during registration and keep us up-to-date should this change by email: lynn.clausen@btinternet.com / info@ravencreativity.com
  • Covid regulations outlined in class information must be adhered to - these will be unique to each venue / school
  • You must declare if you do not want your child to be photographed for marketing use, and keep us up-to-date should this change using the given email address or phone number.
  • Your booking is confirmed once made on the system but payment must be received within two weeks and indicated when booking (cheque / cash). Paid for spaces will be given priority.
  • You must refrain from bringing your child to class if they have had any form of illness within 48 hours of the class.
  • Refunds for missed sessions due to your own circumstances are not issued unless they are agreed with Lynn in the first instance (Grace & Favour discount codes may be available on a discretionary basis). Lynn will always try to accommodate grace and favour sessions where possible (orthodontist appointments, family events) but please communicate with her in the first instance.
  • If there are any sessions missed due to typical bad weather, Raven Drama will offer a make-up session, or parents will be refunded.
